Our Accommodations > Small Villa
The Small Villa is a modern version of the Summer cabin. A part of our main campus, yet apart from the rest of the buildings, the Small Villa consists of four studio units, each with a private back porch overlooking the Kingswood Golf Course and with a shared front porch.
“Separate enough to offer some privacy from the main campus, yet close enough to be a two-minute walk from our indoor pool, patio, tennis court, and Fitness Center.”
Like the Big Villa, the Small Villa guest rooms are studios with a fully-equipped kitchen, full bath, and dining area. For sleeping, the Small Villa guest rooms all include three captain's couches that each convert to a twin bed; with the Murphy bed you have room for five.
