Windrifter Resort RCI Annual Calendar - 2008 - PDF Format All Nightly Room Rates Include: Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen with Microwave and Refrigerator Air Conditioning Cable TV Direct Dial Telephones, Toaster, Coffee Maker Use of our Indoor Pool and Tennis Court Yacht Club access Midweek = Sun - Thursday. Weekend = Friday & Saturday. Owner/Member Rates are extended ONLY to the “member(s) of record”. Members must pay for the room. The staff is not authorized by the Board of Directors to accept payment from anyone but the member of record. Members who wish to extend member rates to non-members must pay for the entire stay in advance or be present and pay at check-in. All rates subject to 8% New Hampshire lodging tax. Deposit Policy: First night stay or 50% of booking (whichever is greater). Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are refundable less a $25 administration fee until 10-days prior to arrival. If canceled less than 10-days prior deposits are non-refundable. We have a few cribs, highchairs, VCR’s and DVD's available for you use.
